fa طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل شایستگی مدیران ارشد پالایشگاه های مجتمع گاز پارس جنوبی مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل شایستگی مدیران ارشد پالایشگاه های گاز پارس جنوبی و با رویکرد آمیخته انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، محقق با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته به روش میدانی و هدفمند با 15 نفر از مدیران ارشد پالایشگاه در مجتمع گاز و در بخش کمی با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته از اعضای هیات رئیسه و مسئولین آموزش و تحلیل‌سیستم‌های پالایشگاه‌ها به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرداخته است و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم (مضمون) وکدگذاری سه مرحله ای، به تحلیل داده‌های کیفی و در بخش کمی از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی به اعتباریابی مدل پرداخته است. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مدل شایستگی مدیران ارشد پالایشگاه با 4 مضمون فراگیر و 11 مضمون اصلی شگل‌گرفت که مضامین فراگیر شامل شایستگی‌های فردی، بین‌فردی، سازمانی و راهبردی می‌باشد که در اعتباریابی، کلیه ابعاد و مؤلفه ها موردتایید قرار گرفت. </span></span> The aim of this study was to design and validate the competency model of the Senior managers of South Pars gas refineries with a mixed approach. In the qualitative part, the researcher collected information using semi-structured in-depth field and purposeful interviews with 15 senior managers of the refinery in the gas complex and in the quantitative part, using a researcher-made questionnaire from the board members and training and system analysis officials of refineries. And using the method of theme analysis and three-step coding, has analyzed qualitative data and in the quantitative part through confirmatory factor analysis has validated the model.
