Understanding the challenges of human resource management research using the ethnographic method (Experimental control: Iran's oil industry)

The main goal of this study was to understand the challenges facing human resource management research in Iran's oil industry. The philosophy of the research is interpretative, qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach, and the purpose of the research is descriptive, because the researcher aimed to systematically describe the current state of challenges facing human resource management research in Iran's oil industry, and to collect data, non-participatory observation and interview tools were used. became. Based on the findings of the research, 73 concepts were extracted and by classifying concepts with similar semantic load, 17 subcategories and by classifying categories that had close semantic affinity, six main categories were explained, and the researcher based on his mental ideas, the six-faceted model drew the research.
