The purpose of this study was to evaluate and prioritize the effective factors of talent identification of managers in the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company. The fuzzy Delphi method has been used for the consensus of experts on the three dimensions of talent development and use, talent retention, talent identification and talent acquisition. The combined approach of fuzzy ANP-DEMATEL has been used for the importance and weighting of factors and the fuzzy DEMATEL technique has been used to investigate the relationships between factors and their effectiveness. The results of the research showed that the factor of talent development and retention is the most effective factor and the factor of talent identification and acquisition is the most effective factor. The highest weight is related to the staff training factor, which won the first priority. Interactive communication factors, career path management, motivation, culture and organization, and finally management and leadership gained the next priorities, which accounted for approximately 44% of the total weight of factors.
