Knowledge Worker Productivity Evaluation Model in Industry

The present study has been conducted qualitatively with an exploratory approach and using thematic analysis. The statistical population of the research is experts in the field of human resource management and productivity and the statistical sample is 16 experts in this field who have been introduced and interviewed by purposeful judgment and snowball method. Kappa intra-subject coefficient was used to determine the reliability of interview coding. From data coding, 258 concepts, 27 sub-themes and 7 main themes were found and a model with 7 dimensions and 27 components was designed and weighted by SWARA method. The dimensions of the model are organizational factors,  employment process, development process, retaining process, utilization process, organizational productivity and knowledge worker productivity and 27 components that are given in the productivity evaluation model of knowledge worker in the industry.
